2012 Writer’s Competition
Write On The River is thrilled to announce the six winners of our 2012 Writer’s Competition. Open to any Washington resident, this year’s competition featured both a Fiction and Nonfiction category, with the top three finishers in each category receiving a share of the $1,200 cash prize (generously donated by Alcoa) and recognition at our Writing Conference May 18, 19 and 20 in Wenatchee, WA.
We would like to sincerely thank our esteemed panel of judges, who each devoted long hours of thoughtful reading to select and recognize our winning entries. We are especially thankful to them for the work they did offering personal critiques to contest entries that had requested them. Click Here to learn about our judges.
Thank you and congratulations to all who took part in this year’s Writer’s Competition…we hope to see you all at our Conference in May!
