When you ask better questions, you get better answers. Practice better question formulation, making interviewees comfortable with you and become a better listener. Writers of all types can learn to become stronger interviewers and use their skills for in-person interviews, background information gathering and more.

Fiction writers can “interview” their characters to give them more depth, background and life. Suitable for writers of all skill levels.

Interviewing yourself can be a great practice in introspection – helpful for strengthening a memoir or reflecting on your craft.
