Jane (she/they) is an explorer, bee-keeper, and cat lover! Jane spends their days advocating for and with young adults with disabilities, their evenings studying counseling techniques in grad school, their weekends trying to get out into nature, and whatever spare time exists after that on writing. Jane lives in short stories, where they can focus on the taste and feel of every word. Jane likes trying to capture singular moments, deep sensations, and unusual scenarios in their writing. Jane joined the board of Write on the River after recognizing the energy and excitement that connecting with other writers and organizing writing events brought to them.
