Terms and Conditions
No later than May 15, 2026, authors selling books at the Write On The River Spring Conference will submit a single printed page listing all titles, ISBNs, and prices to Fable Books & Blooms (115 South Wenatchee Ave, Wenatchee, WA). The point of contact for this is Morgan Mott, Fable owner, hello@fablebooksandblooms.com or (509) 888-0811. Supported forms of payout include paper check, Zelle, or store credit. Authors must supply their own book copies, which they will transport on their own to and from the conference each day--dropping them off no less than thirty minutes before opening time and picking them up no more than thirty minutes after close (see schedule below).
Please note, by participating as an author selling books at the conference, authors agree to a 40% Fable commission on all conference sales (authors need not worry about sales tax, Fable will collect this). To ensure transparency in this process, authors will submit a closeout invoice to Fable no later than 5 PM Friday, June 14 stating the author’s accounting of how many of each title were sold. This invoice will then be reconciled with Fable’s records to avoid error and address issues. While discrepancies are rare, authors will be contacted at time of payout if there is a sales mismatch.
Conference Bookstore Hours: 10:00-4:00 Saturday, 10:00-3:00 Sunday.
